İlk sahnede üniteye ait tüm yeni kelimeler var. Daha sonraki her sahnede üniteye ait hedef kelimelerin cümle içerisinde kullanımı var. Tabi ki önce anlamını tahmin etmeniz gerek. Böylece kelimeyi hatırlama oranınız (yanlış bile tahmin etseniz) yüksek seviyede olacaktır. Daha kalıcı olması için sayfayı yenileyip tekrar çalışın. Ne kadar tekrar ederseniz hafızanız daha da güçlenir ve uzun dönemli belleğinize aktarılır. Başarılar.

Describing Personality...

Read the text about the people and find which personalities they have. Click on the moving words. If it is not true it will disappear. Have fun!
There are lots of words that tell us about people's personality. I tried to use the most common ones. There are people on each section and some knowledge about them... Ss must read and infer sound answers about the personalities of people. Also, in my lessons I had all my students to write about their personalities on a paper with their names. After finishing their papers I collected the papers. I read what each student wrote without telling their names and wanted the class who s/he is. Believe me, they knew who the paper belongs to immediately. Just tell your students to be honest about writing their personalities. It was a lot fun and they all learned the target vocabulary in just two lessons' time. İ. Gürkan BOZKURT.

I use this work as a post activity after presenting the grammar point. Here the students realise the main difference between when and while/as. I tried to make as many as different sentences to prevent the structure based sentences. With this students must read and understand the meaning of why and how the grammart points are used. After I use the flash, I ask the students to make their own sentences about what were doing when the accident happened. Believe me they really like this activity and try to make as many sentences as they want. Also I give another example; "When I arrived at home my mother/father... was doing....." or "When I entered the class, one of my friend was doing...."

Present Perfect Tense

Click one by one to watch. The hardest point in presenting present perfect tense for the most languages is to get the students to realise how this tense is used. We ( Turkish Teachers ) tell our students that this tense is used for the unfinished actions or the actions that still have effects on us or for the experiences... bla bla... and they are confused. But with this slide they can see and experience how it is used. Because this work supports the rules we say with animated scenes. For each rule you can present a mini video. Instead of the rules they remember the scenes. And they no more mix it with simple past and simple present. They can turn the abstract rules into tangible ones. And if you don't mind, I may suggest you that after watching each scenes, have your students make their own sentences (just like in the scene) connected to their lives so that they can adapt the present perfect tense and use it properly.

Wh- Question Words / find the right option

This grammar point has always been underestimated. Or as far as I have inferred from the students. Because they can understand it, however when it is time to make sentences they failure. To show them the grammar point in real life and to emphasise asking the question, I prepared this slide. In the slides I prepard real life scenes, as I have always done, and wanted the students to find the right question or vice versa. Also I tried add some animations to make it more interesting.
